The Board of Directors and volunteers of Americans Against Abusive Probate Guardianships ( AAAPG ) are committed to protecting your privacy. Protecting your privacy is important to us. We hope the following statement will help you understand how AAAPG collects, uses and safeguards the personal information you provide to us on our site.

When you subscribe to the AAAPG website we will collect your email address, your name, your address and your phone number. We do not use cookies and we do not keep track of the pages that you visit or the length of time that you are on a page.

If you participate in a survey we will keep track of the information that you voluntarily provide. Information that you provide as a part of an on-line or manual survey will not be associated with your name, email address or any other identifying information. Survey results will only be reported in aggregate.

We may also collect information that you provide about a guardianship case or situation in which you are intimately involved. We may collect this information for the purpose of filing a report on your behalf, capturing historical information for your later access and analysis or for other legitimate reasons related to your interest in reforming the guardianship system or preventing abuses.

You have the option of opting out of opportunities to receive email updates and notifications about the issue of guardianships and AAAPG as an organization.

The information you provide is stored in a secured data center that has 24 x 7 physical access control in place. Any personally identifying information that you provide us via our web site is encrypted in transmission to us using SSL Protocols ( 128 bit encryption ).

We may, from time to time, make changes to our privacy policy. The current privacy policy will always be available at the AAAPG web site and you will be notified by email when and if a change has been made.
