POLICE & SHERIFFS: “ENFORCE OUR JURY TRIAL RIGHTS”

Probate Court Thefts & Obstructions of Justice- Expanding Crime & Debt,

Endangering & Killing Our Citizens As We Speak

Disclaimer: There are good guardianships. there are good guardians, there are honest judges in probate courts all around the country.

But there are many bad ones as well as documented in the countless cases investigated by AAAPG  over theyears.

Something needs to be done about the bad ones, because they are really bad and a mortal threat to seniors and their families in every identified hotspot.

We have seen enough American state probate courts, along with their proliferating incestuous network of for profit racketeering guardians, attorneys and cronies, acting in intolerably egregious fashion, illegally seizing assets, promulgating the overmedication and poisoning of innocent seniors, colluding  to dehumanize and isolate seniors from society and family, denying due process, illegally mocking our rights, colluding to obstruct justice, promoting and rewarding the abuse of innocent seniors and anyone else in their path who dares oppose them.

Any sentient person could see through the legal fog produced in these courts by the shysters who make their ill gotten livings there and recognise instantly that these courts have morphed into operations constructed to ignore, pervert and break the law–not apply or enforce it.

All this is done for one undeniable reason, to steal our money—all of it— and it is all shamefully done in the name of our government. It is done from inside our very own courthouses, right in the face of law enforcement, district attorneys, and our grand jury offices.

It doesn’t take a legal genius to realize that these courts have turned into racketeering enterprises, where our sacred laws are ignored and perverted. Our group’s investigations in state after state have consistently revealed scandalous probate court operations, functioning exclusively as juryless cash mills. States like New Mexico, Florida, Texas, Illinois, Arizona, Colorado, Michigan, Ohio, Washington State and so many others following the same playbook; abuse and financial exploitation by the court insiders, all with the unhesitant and shockingly illegal approval and collusion of the judges involved.

These facts, these cases can no longer be ignored or dismissed as “one offs” and they are the reason SB178 has been signed by President Trump; the reason New Mexico, Florida, Colorado, Texas and many other states have initiated massive changes in guardianship laws.

A senior in real need of help is something that concerns us all and while there are provisions in existing law for all needed assistance in that regard, the current state of affairs in parts of our court system has inexcusably strayed from those purposes and has likewise strayed from the impartial oversight that can only be provided by proper grand jury trial and function. Instead, America’s current Probate Guardianship system often disgracefully fails to provide or respect constitutional due process or even a semblance thereof, especially when seniors with sizeable assets are concerned. Absent due process in these courts, we suffer  relentless fear, crime, debt and despair in our lives. We become oppressed by the tyranny of a banana republic brand of “justice”.

The clear and present dangers presented by these courts are draconian and a threat to every one of us who ages or who has loved ones. You or yours could be the next to suffer, unless these crimes are stopped.

While there may be honest brokers in some, a significant percentage of these “hot spot” courts operating under a supposed “probate” jurisdiction, are operating fraudulently, criminally and unconstitutionally. With a long history of being the legal arbiters of the interstate slave trade until 1850, these courts again clearly engage in acts tantamount to human trafficking, destroy families, tear at the fabric of American justice, further erode trust in our government and our legal system and make no apologies for it. Yet, because of a purported “judicial immunity”, they have been allowed to run rampant, leaving a trail of broken lives and a river of stolen cash and disappeared assets in their wake.

Because our Constitution and statutes clearly prohibit these types of abuses and lapses in security, we are now left to ask:

WHEN WILL OUR SITTING GRAND JURY PANELS, POLICE, AND LAW ENFORCEMENT ENFORCE OUR RIGHTS TO JURY TRIAL, AND STOP THIS MODERN-DAY SLAVE TRADE?

WHEN WILL THE RULE OF LAW AGAIN PROTECT THE MOST VULNERABLE AMONG US FROM THE PREDATORS IN OUR COURTROOMS?

We await a response.
