Judge ordered Isolation–a travesty

Ohio: Federal Court Equates Guardianship with Racketeering

A trio of federal appellate justices affirmed a lower district court decision to deny a probate officer’s request for an award of attorney fees and declared that court appointed guardianship of the elderly can be used as a racketeering enterprise. Florida: New guardianship bills closer to becoming law

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. — New bills in the state legislature aimed at better regulating Florida’s professional guardians are closer to becoming law. The bills had hearings Wednesday in both the House and Senate. The are on track to becoming law. Daughter names Florida judge in federal lawsuit over elderly father’s guardianship

(Jan. 8, 2020) A concerned daughter sued a Florida state judge in federal court over civil rights violations and alleged fraud upon the court after her elderly father became a ward of the State under guardianship. The Plaintiff daughter Lesa Martino named the Honorable Hillsborough County Judge Daryl M.
