Our Social Compact with America–FAILED

January 26, 2017

Our Social Compact with America–FAILED Every American citizen lives with the implicit understanding that there exists a promise from our elected Government to abide by the ideals and covenants memorialized in our founding documents and refined by the statutes and rules under which we all live and executed by duly elected officials who swear to protect the Constitution and laws. To enjoy the benefits of government, we voluntarily give up certain liberties and freedoms trusting that our [- more...]

Suggestions of capacity and why they don’t work

May 4, 2016

We began asking about questions guardianship many years ago. Many have been discussed on these pages. Each of us has tried to understand how what is so obviously a racket can flourish and metastasize in a country like America. Every one of our thousands of known victims has struggled to comprehend how their loved ones could be so abjectly abused by a system allegedly designed to protect them. Abused, isolated, exploited and neglected lonely seniors no doubt wonder why their families have been [- more...]

A Ward’s Funeral

I said that I would go as a representative of all 230 AAAPG families and to pay my respects to a brave mother and honor the desperate attempts of our member Alice Martin to help her mother in her time of need.   Though I knew no one [- more...]

White Paper: The Problem with Judges in Guardianship

August 16, 2015

Families with captives in involuntary guardianships are often shocked by the behavior of administrative probate judges in contested involuntary guardianships. There is often speculation that these judges are somehow corrupt or crooked. Victims tend not to be able to precisely characterize the inscrutable actions of probate judges which seem to universally favor the opinions of strangers over the concerns of family- a dogma which seems so reprehensible and suspect. As it turns out corruption may [- more...]
