We should be grateful to this group of very smart and experienced players in the guardianship arena for the serious time and effort so far to figure out a legislative fix for the badly broken Florida system
The information being presented and discussed emphasizes the incredible complexity of the system as currently constructed as well as the pitfalls and blatant coflicts of interest so common in it.
While it is a stretch to think that any legislation could possibly fix an unfixable system, this effort is laudible and a good first step in the right direction.
