Alerted by a poster to Philip Marshall’s FaceBook page, everyone should check out this story of how Harper Lee came to publish her sequel to To Kill A Mockingbird, despite being ferociously media-shy and avoiding all publicity or even thought of publishing a 2nd novel for over 50 years.  Sure does seem like the attorneys are manipulating an elderly person, when you read the reports by The New Republic.

Anyone who’s experienced Guardianship Abuse will tell you, it is all too common that attorneys are typically the main legal and financial exploiters of our elderly population. Attorneys preying upon the elderly is completely unrecognized by mainstream media, the Courts (who are complicit with the attorneys) and the general public who are uninformed about who exploits elders the worst.  The shocking truth appears to be: attorneys and judges are the WORST legal and financial exploiters of our elderly, once you begin to examine their actions.

Read this first in a three-part series that The New Republic will be publishing this week on Harper Lee, To Kill a Mockingbird, and Lee’s new novel, Go Set a Watchman, then decide for yourself if Harper Lee was manipulated by her attorneys into publishing a work that is raising eyebrows and questions as to the attorneys’ role in this “publishing sensation” from which the corporations, lawyers, and publishers are making bank.
