Las Vegas: Attorney Rob Graham Pleads Guilty to Stealing over $16 million from Client Estate Funds

By Jeff German and David Ferrara Updated September 7, 2017 – 5:13 pm Longtime estate attorney Robert Graham admitted in District Court Thursday to stealing more than $16 million from clients, many of whom relied financially on trust funds he oversaw. Nevada Supreme Court Crackdown on Guardians

Nevada’s top justice wants to form a permanent Supreme Court committee that would monitor and analyze the state’s troubled guardianship system. AAAPG wants to point out the great strides Nevada has taken in just the first 4 months of 2015 in cleaning up the national disgrace of Guardianship Abuse, beginning with the removal of a private, for-profit guardian from the directory published by Nevada Division of Aging in Disability Services. The removal of the guardian from the directory, which effectively disallows her to be a guardian, is part of new hotline & email established by Clark County, Nevada.
