June 17, 2015 Nassau County, NY Fox News5’s Mary Garofalo investigates the cases of Esta Veron and Lillian Rubian – both women were put under court-ordered guardianship of Sam Rausman and attorney William Bryk who proceeded to triple and quadruple bill Ms. Rubian for “social services” and related guardianship and legal services.  And it’s all legal, because a judge has approved without question or oversight, and against any complaints by the former ward, all billings as presented by the guardian and his attorney.
