Nevada: Helen Natko convicted in guardianship abuse case

LAS VEGAS (KTNV) – A jury has convicted a Las Vegas woman who was the subject of a Contact 13 Investigation for crimes in a guardianship case. Helen Natko was found guilty of theft and exploitation of a vulnerable person. The victim was her long-time companion Del Mencarelli who passed away in July 2015. Ms. Rita Cole, 90, resident of Cincinnati, OH, conscripted into guardianship in Rhode Island, Case No. 2016-15 had a net worth of $225,000 in May 2016 when attorney R.J. Connelly, III involuntarily conscripted her into guardianship. UPDATE MARCH 09: April Parks was arrested by local police in East Goshen Township, PA. The Westtown-East Goshen Regional Police Department charged Parks with being a fugitive from justice and she was arraigned.  Her bail was set at $500,000 dollars.  Parks was remanded to Chester County Prison pending extradition to Clark County, Nevada. Nevada: Attorney indicted on theft and exploitation of the elderly charges

CLARK COUNTY (KTNV) – A Grand Jury secured an indictment against attorney Robert Graham on Tuesday. He faces three counts of theft and three counts of exploitation of an older/vulnerable person. Two counts of destroying evidence were also included in the indictment.
