Below is the link to the piece KTNV ABC News ran on Tuesday night on guardian Helen Natko’s felony conviction for theft and exploitation of a vulnerable person. Natko’s conviction further indicts Commissioner Jon Norheim and Judge Charles Hoskin for their longstanding bias to insert guardians to insure the exploitation of the estates of the vulnerable brought before them by their court allies. LAS VEGAS (KTNV) – A jury has convicted a Las Vegas woman who was the subject of a Contact 13 Investigation for crimes in a guardianship case. Helen Natko was found guilty of theft and exploitation of a vulnerable person. The victim was her long-time companion Del Mencarelli who passed away in July 2015. Nevada: Las Vegas attorney in guardianship case charged

LAS VEGAS (KTNV) – A Las Vegas attorney involved in a guardianship abuse scandal faced a judge Wednesday. Noel Palmer Simpson worked for private guardian April Parks and three of her associates. Simpson is looking at two felony charges for theft and filing false documents. She is part of the sweeping guardianship abuse indictment involving more than 200 felony counts. UPDATE MARCH 09: April Parks was arrested by local police in East Goshen Township, PA. The Westtown-East Goshen Regional Police Department charged Parks with being a fugitive from justice and she was arraigned.  Her bail was set at $500,000 dollars.  Parks was remanded to Chester County Prison pending extradition to Clark County, Nevada. Nevada: Attorney indicted on theft and exploitation of the elderly charges

CLARK COUNTY (KTNV) – A Grand Jury secured an indictment against attorney Robert Graham on Tuesday. He faces three counts of theft and three counts of exploitation of an older/vulnerable person. Two counts of destroying evidence were also included in the indictment. Our new friends, the Koch brothers have given the OK to now share since it’s just gone public on the net. This is follow up to the one about my dad; Masto’s people were pissed about dad’s ad and told FPAF to back off but instead they ran dad’s ad an extra week.
